First established in 1974, Grove & Dean now employs over 100 members of staff at two separate locations in Romford, Essex. The company is still a family run business and has been awarded 'Investor in People' status by the DTI.

Performance Direct: Grove & Dean established Performance Direct in 1995. Since then the company has grown to become one of the UK's leading independent motor insurers, insuring thousands of car, van and motorcycle drivers across the UK.
